Welcome to my what I like to call my "passion" project, Feeding the Farmer. This idea was born from a need for a creative outlet with food. I currently live on a sustainable homestead/farm on the island of Maui where we grow as much of our own produce as we can. When developing recipes, I love incorporating ingredients we have grown on the farm, and can help you improvise with seasonal produce if you can't source a certain ingredient.
I deepened my passion for hospitality and culinary arts during my studies at Auburn University. I graduated from the Hospitality Management program at Auburn in 2017. Shortly after graduating, a rotational internship in Grand Cayman solidified how much I enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients. I have 7+ years of experience in the restaurant industry as a hostess, manager and line cook.
I hope to provide my services of food photography, recipe development and personal chef services to the island of Maui and overseas.
